Roy D. Light, 86 yrs old, passed away on July 6, 2014 in Clarksville, Indiana. He was a resident of Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Roy was born in Beecher City, Illinois January 30, 1928. He went to school at Beecher City. He married Mollie on May 25, 1974 at St. Lukes in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He worked several jobs during his career and served in the Air Force. He was an avid golfer and fisherman.
Roy is preceded in death by his mother and father; a sister, Ronella Su (Shortie); his first wife, Theda Ann; and a son Gerald Dean.
Roy is survived by his wife of 40 years, Mollie; sons, Terry, David, Devin, Terry W. Schneider and Chris Cook; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association.
