Jeremy Scott Miller

A ceremony celebrating the life of Jeremy Scott Miller will be held Saturday April 13, 2024, at 1:00 pm in the chapel at Scott Funeral Home 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, Indiana.  Visitation will begin at 9:00 am and will continue until the time of the service which will be 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery 2421 Hamburg Pike, Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Jeremy Scott Miller, age 45, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky was born in Louisville, Kentucky on April 24, 1978 to Charlotte (Milliner) Sizemore and Ronald Dean Miller.  He departed from this life on Sunday, April 8, 2024 with family by his bedside after a brief battle to terminal cancer.  Jeremy was a long-time dedicated Tree Trimmer for many years with his father, who is owner of Miller Tree Service.  Jeremy was a single father for his son Chandler Scott for over 15 years.

He leaves to cherish his memory forever, son Chandler Scott Merkley-Miller, loving mother Charlotte Milliner Sizemore, stepfather Eddie Sizemore, father Ronald Dean Miller and loving brother Nick Miller.

He is preceded in death by his fiance’ Angel Merkley, his grandparents: Herschel Milliner, Sr., and Irvin and Lillie Miller.  Jeremy will be missed by all who knew him and will fondly be remembered by his family who loved him dearly along with many friends forever.

In lieu of flowers the family express donations be made to Scott Funeral Home to cover funeral expenses.
