David Disponett Obituary
David Allen Disponett, 56, of Clarksville, IN, passed away on November 2, 2019 surrounded by his family.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 8, 2019 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, with burial to follow at New Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10 AM to 9 PM on Thursday and after 9 AM on Friday at the funeral home. A masonic service will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday night.
David was born on July 4, 1963 in Jeffersonville, IN to Roy and Phyllis Disponett. He was a member of Bullitt Masonic Lodge #155, Kosair and Murat Shrine Temples, Past-President and current Treasurer of Tri-County Shrine Club, 32nd Degree Mason, York and Scottish Rite.
He was a loving husband, father, brother, son and friend to many. Professionally he owned On-Site Plumbing Heating and Air with his brother. He was the owner of Diamond Dave's and known as the "King of Bling". He was an active presence in our local community and a supporter of law enforcement.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Roy Disponett; and nephew, Travis McCoy.
He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Regina Disponett; children, Leslie Seymour (Adam), Sean Smith, James D. Disponett (Jordin); mother, Phyllis Ann Dodson; siblings, James R. Disponett II (Gayle), Tina Disponett McCoy, and Dusty Standiford; step-mother, Anita Disponett; faithful companion, Molly Ann Disponett; and several nieces and nephews.
Expressions of sympathy can be made to the Tri-County Shrine Club, 701 Potters Lane, Clarksville, IN 47129. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
