Frances Ann Keeney (Osborne)
Frances Ann Keeney, 63, of Jeffersonville, IN passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
A funeral service will be at 11 AM on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN, with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation for Frances will be on Monday, October 21, from 2 PM - 8 PM and on Tuesday, from 9 AM - 11 AM at the funeral home.
Frances was born on August 23, 1956 in Jacksonville, FL. She moved to Jeffersonville at the age of 9 and graduated from Clarksville High School. She went on to attend IUS. Frances worked as a bus driver for Greater Clark County School Corporation for many years. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and her beloved dog, Maggie. Frances loved all animals and had many throughout her life.
Frances is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Betty Osborne.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Tom Keeney; children, Adam Keeney and Kelly Keeney; step-daughter, Jacqueline Ortega; grandchildren, Ellie Keeney and Liam Keeney, Samantha Price, Brittany Drake; and three great-grandchildren; siblings, Susan Osborne and Tim Osborne (Sherry), and uncle, Jim Ross (Viva).
Memorial contributions can be made to the J.B. Ogle Animal Shelter or the ASPCA in her honor. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
