Sharon Sparks Voigt, a lifelong resident of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 14, 2020.

She was born on January 20, 1943 to the late Garland and Carlene Sparks. In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her brother, Carl.

She is survived by Thomas Young, her companion of 36 years; sister, Peggy Graves; sons Jerry and Todd(Tammy) Voigt; daughter, LeighAnne (Daniel) Poole; grandchildren Danielle (Martin) Collings, Conor Poole, Zachary Ricketts, and Cydney, Meghan and Meredith Voigt; and great-grandchildren, Bella,Gideon,Charlotte and Mila.

Scott funeral home has been entrusted with the cremation. The family is planning a private memorial gathering at a later date.
