William Clifford "Bill" Talley

William Clifford "Bill" Talley, 81, passed away on October 18, 2019.  He retired from the Greater Clark County Schools after serving over 30 years.  Bill was a kind, loving and a selfless man to everyone he met.  He was an avid sports fan of all sports and enjoyed working for the Louisville Bats, formerly known as the Louisville Redbirds.  Bill and Norma were loyal fans of the Jeffersonville Red Devils and faithfully attended all of the basketball and football games.  Some of Bill's favorite activities to participate in were playing BINGO, Bunco, listening to music and going on trips with his friends at Westminster Village.  Bill loved talking and hearing about his only grandson, Braylon's daily actives and sharing how proud he was of Braylon and how much he loved and adored him. 
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Ella Talley and sister, Mildred Talley King.
Bill is survived by his wife of 44 years, Norma Talley; daughter, Belinda "Robert" Prather and grandson, Braylon Prather.
Visitation will be Wednesday, 23, 2019, at First Christian Church, 3209 Middle Road, Jeffersonville, IN 47130 from 11am-2pm with a celebration of Bill's life beginning at 2pm.
Burial will follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery, 2421 Hamburg Pike, Jeffersonville, IN. 
In lieu of flowers the family asks that expressions of sympathy be made to First Christian Church, 3209 Middle Road, Jeffersonville, IN.
