Brian "Bugs" P. Chinn

Brian P. Chinn "Bugs", age 64, passed away Friday, May 3, 2024.

Bugs was the owner of Point Liquor and Al’s in Jeffersonville. He was an avid sports fan with a special affection for IU and Jeff High Basketball. He enjoyed golf at an early age and continued to enjoy the sport throughout his life. He was a big fan of NASCAR racing, and enjoyed trips to Las Vegas. He loved horse racing and viewing the weather. Bugs also enjoyed going to the beach each year with his family and always lived his life to the fullest in whatever he was doing.   

He is preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Patsy; and his brother, Doug.

Bugs is survived by his wife, Peggy Chinn; his sons, Cameron, Alex and Clayton, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, on Thursday, May 9 from 2:00 to 8:00 pm and again on Friday from 12:00 to 2:00 pm with his memorial service at 2:00 in the chapel of the funeral home.
