Charles Sanger

Charles Sanger, 77, of   Jeffersonville passed away the night of May 29, 2021 with family by his side. He was born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania on April 5, 1944 to the late Glenn and Reinetta Sanger.

 He was a member of Branham Tabernacle in Jeffersonville. Charles was known for his sense of humor, puns, and practical jokes.

Charles is survived by his wife, Sherry Sanger; his sons, Micah (Leslie) Sanger, Joshua (Jennifer) Sanger; Judah Sanger; daughter, Melodie (Josh) Lawson; 9 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brothers, Ralph Sanger(Lebanon, PA), Fred Sanger (Jeffersonville), and Larry Sanger (Jeffersonville), and a host of family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Richard Sanger; and best friend, Bud Englehart.

 
Public visitation for  Charles will be held Friday, June 4, 2021 at Scott Funeral Home (2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130) from 11 am- 1:45 pm. There is to be a private service for family and invited friends at Branham Tabernacle at 2:00, with a public graveside funeral service at 2:30 to follow at Eastern Cemetery.
