David Scott Shannon, 60, of Charlestown, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at his home. He was a beloved husband, United States Coast Guard veteran, Disabled American Veteran, a licensed HAM radio, sharp shooter in the Coast Guard and enjoyed fishing. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends and he is soon to have his 21 gun salute.
