Destinee Nicole Gaines

Destinee Nicole Gaines, 35, of Jeffersonville, IN, passed away on July 2, 2020. 

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN 47130.  Visitation will be held from 2 to 6 PM on Thursday at the funeral home. 

Destinee was born on June 10, 1985 to Darryel Gaines and Debra Kay Gaines.  She was a 2003 Graduate of Jeffersonville High School and worked as a CNA. 

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Lawrence David Hamlett, Henry and Ethel Gaines; uncles, Henry Gaines Jr., and Joe Gaines; and cousin, Tomara Harvey.

She is survived by her four children, Darreona, Dakota, Dayana, and Delaney; fiancé, Michael C. Morris Sr.; four brothers, Darraill Gaines (Tiffany), Dominique Gaines, Caleb Browner, and Brent Browner; step-mother, Traci Browner; grandmother, Janice Hamlett; many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins.

Expressions of sympathy can be made in care of the Gaines Family for the benefit of her children.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral services.
