Diane L Harrell, 63 of Charlestown Indiana passed peacefully on June 23, 2024 at home surrounded by her family. Diane was born August 24,1960 to Bill & Katherine Brafford Cissell in Scottsburg, IN.

Diane enjoyed taking trips, traveling, spending time with the love of her life Mark & their dog Ruvis. Diane had many grandchildren & great grandchildren which meant the world to her. She enjoyed their food truck business and giving back to their community.

Diane is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Eddie Cissell & Danny R. Cissell, Son William Lee James.

Diane is survived by her fiancé Mark Richardson, sons Jimmy James (Kim) of Nabb, Jamie (Dal) James (Cari), Shepherdsville, KY, sisters Martha (sissy) Pierce, Dorothy Campbell, Darlene Burkhead (Danny), Kathy Moreland (Todd) all of Charlestown. Brother David Cissell (Joyce) of Otisco. Grandchildren Alexis, Mercedes, Taylor, Cierra, Mackenzie, Kaidin, Liam, Carson, Kelsey, Kaylie, Zechariah, Tristen, James, Shaye, Kierra, Maci, Mia, Michael, and 11 great grandchildren,

Diane loved getting her nails and hair done, purses, shoes, and online shopping. She loved decorating for all holidays. Her one greatest joy was her true companion Ruvis, mommy's boy.

Services will be held at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville on Thursday, June 27 from 12:00 to 6:00 pm with a special sharing of memories at 6:00.
