Donald "Dose" E. Frantz

Donald “Dose” E. Frantz, 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, June 6, 2024, in Ladson, SC. 

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN, with burial to follow at Eastern Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Friday from 4 to 8 PM and on Saturday after 9 AM at the funeral home. 

Donald was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and proudly served in the United States Army.

He is survived by his daughters, Morgan Frantz (Brent Oliver) of Ladson, SC, and Raegen Garcia of North Charleston, SC; grandchildren, Heidi Gay, C.J. Oliver, and Braylon Oliver; brothers, Pat Frantz, Ralph Frantz, and Tim Frantz; sisters, JoAnn Higgins, Patricia Waller, Sharon Robinson, Lois Priest, Nancy Blunk, and Linda Bush; along with 18 nieces, 27 Nephews, 72 great nieces and nephews, and 17 great-great nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James Sr. and Margaret Frantz; brothers, James Frantz Jr, Arthur Frantz, and Eugene Frantz; sisters, Mary Cahill and Virginia Christianson; nephews, James E. Frantz III and Steven Priest; and son-in-law, Rex Garcia.
