Elizabeth Joyce Shepard, 66, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at her home. Cremation was chosen and Scott Funeral Home has been entrusted with her care.

Elizabeth, fondly known as Beth, was born on September 19, 1957 in Canton, Ohio. She was the former practice manager for the University of Louisville Dental School, where she dedicated her talents and passion to her work.

Beth had a remarkable sense of humor that brightened the lives of all who knew her. She had a deep love for art, music, and painting, finding joy and inspiration in the beauty of the world. An avid reader, Beth enjoyed finding excitement in her favorite thriller novels.

Above all else, Beth cherished spending time with her family, children, and grandchildren. Her love and warmth created a nurturing home, and her presence brought comfort to those around her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Miller; and a brother, Scott Miller.

Beth is survived by her loving husband, Jeff Shepard; seven children, Megan Tomlinson, Caitlin Robinson (Brad), Kelsey McClure, Shade Haley (Alexander), Delaney Haub, Morgan Shepard, Richard Shepard (Yossy); her mother, Carol Stucker (Mark); seven siblings; her best friend, Kyle Copley; and fifteen grandchildren.
