Elvanie Nyirandabaruta

On Tuesday, June 11, 2024, Elvanie N, 62, passed away to a medical condition that took her from this life to her eternal home. Elvanie was a cherished mother, friend, family member, and wife. She cherished imparting her spirit to others and was a devout follower of God. She genuinely cared for her family and loved them deeply. Her roar of laughter and sense of humor will be sorely missed.

Elvanie is survived by her beloved husband, Elias Gasasira; her six children, Lea, Jeanne, Emmy, Chantal, Tuyisenge, and Aline; her 23 grandchildren; and her one grandchild, Zayn. She adored her father, mother, sisters, brothers, and friends.

Elvanie has broken so many hearts with her passing. May her soul rest in peace.

Her visitation and funeral service will be at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville on Friday, June 14 from 11:30 am until her funeral service at 12:30 pm. Burial will follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
