Erick Nathaniel Grant

Funeral services for Erick Nathaniel Grant, 26, of Jeffersonville, IN, will be held at 5:00 PM on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN.  Visitation will be held from 2 to 5 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.  He passed away on January 16, 2020.

He was born on October 31, 1993 in Louisville, KY.  He loved his girls, Nevaeh and Ariel with all his heart and also had a soft place in his heart for his beloved nieces, Heaven and Sophia.  Erick was known to talk smack to whoever would listen, especially when it came to his New England Patriots.  Erick’s legacy will continue due to him choosing to be an organ donor, and being the first successful heart transplant in Clark Memorial Hospital’s history.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Archie Grant. 

He is survived by his mother, Melissa Grant; father, Erick Grant (Sandi); twin daughters, Nevaeh and Ariel Grant; son, Juan George; significant other, Tia Marie George; siblings, Ashley Williams, Randa’ Baker, Edward Wright, and Gorgette Baker; grandparents, Ellen Robey, Eula Mitchell and Zenobia Grant; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces.
