Gretta West Obituary

Gretta J. West, 80, of Borden, passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2025

Born August 16, 1944, she was the daughter of Clarence and Zada Britton.

Survivors include her two sons, Gordon West and Gregory West; two daughters-in-law, Anna (Means) West, and Dr. Fiona (Allen) West; five grandchildren: Pamela, Zada, Cera, Ashlee, and Gene; one step-grandson, Mathew; one brother, Herbert Britton; and two sisters, Marla Wadsworth and Sara Bellamy.

Gretta was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, CWO3 Gene West, and her brother, David Britton.

The Family would like to thank the Baptist Health Floyd ICU nursing staff and Amedisys' hospice care team for their love and care.
