Harley Dwayne Jenkins Jr, 52, of Charlestown, IN, passed away on September 25, 2024.

Harley was born on September 17, 1972 in Jeffersonville, IN and worked as a painter locally for many years.

He is survived by his mother, Connie Combs Stivers; father, Harley D. Jenkins Sr.; children, Tres, Tesia, Haley, Marley, Jude and Addie; siblings, Lora Jenkins, Emily Jenkins, and Jack Truman; best friend, Jason Greer; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ollie Sizemore and John Truman Combs, Erma Wilson and Peanuts Wilson, and Grant Jenkins; and numerous cousins.
