Harold Yuncker Obituary

Harold "Pat" Yuncker, 80, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on November 15, 2021 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany, Indiana. He was born on March 17, 1941, in Bronx, New York, son of the late Harold Edward and Lucy (Ricci) Yuncker. Pat was an Army veteran who served two tours in Vietnam and made a career serving our nation and later was a recruiter in Louisville, Kentucky. Pat was a member of First Southern Baptist Church in Clarksville, Indiana and was very artistic in making Koala-Ty Crafts. He enjoyed golfing, traveling and spending time with his loving family.

In addition to his parents, Pat was preceded in death by his niece, Donnie Bloomer and great niece, Bethany Skaggs; siblings, Aldo Yuncker, Cumal Sandidge  Byron Dishman, Ronnie DeWeese, Burval Howard, Mildred Skaggs. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Josephine "Jody" Yuncker; brother, Henri Nolin; along with 23 nieces and nephews; 23 great nieces and nephews and 12 great-great nieces and nephews.

There was a private service held on November 17, 2021 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130. Burial was at Calvary Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
