Helen Marie Barney

Helen Marie Barney was born on September 18, 1937.  She was one of two children born to Roscoe & Rosie Lee Stallworth. 

She was preceded in death by her son, John Wesley Packer, Jr

Helen leaves to cherish her memories, her daughters, Sandra Tiller of Jeffersonville, IN and Doris Packer of Cincinnati, OH; sons, Thomas Packer, Sr and Michele, of Louisville, KY, Herb and Margaret Packer of San Diego, CA, Carl E. Packer of Jeffersonville, IN and son, Tyrone L. Packer of Louisville, KY;  brother, Alfred Stallworth Sr and Carlean Stallworthand and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, February 12, 2021, from 10am-1pm, at Gilt Edge Baptist Church, 1713 D.L. Motley Way, Jeffersonville, IN, with a celebration of Helen's life beginning at 1pm.  

Helen will be laid to rest at Walnut Ridge Cemetery, 2421 Hamburg Pike, Jeffersonville, IN, 47130.
