Jacob Henry Irwin Miller

Jacob Miller, 18, of New Albany, IN passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2020. Scott Funeral Home has been entrusted with his care and his urn will be memorialized at 11 AM on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Park Memorial United Methodist Church, 1820 E. Park Place in Jeffersonville, IN. 

Jacob was born on September 6, 2001 in Louisville, KY. Throughout his life, Jacob overcame adversity, and did so with a kind and gracious heart. He was a caregiver and protector to those he loved. He had a generous and genuine spirit, and was always willing to give the shirt off his back to those in need. Jacob also had an amazing sense for humor. He was always a kid at heart and loved bringing joy to all around him.

Preceded him in death are his parents, Ralph Miller and Karen Miller.

Left to cherish Jacobs memory are his siblings, Christopher Miller, Ralph Jonathan Miller, Tiffany Anne Marie Miller, Louis Allen Miller, and Michael Miller; and he will be loved and missed dearly by Melissa Bielata, Lee Burt, Cheryl Reynolds, and countless others who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made toward the care of Jacob’s family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
