Janice (White) Lang

Janice (White) Lang, 78, of Marysville, IN passed away on May 2, 2020.

Funeral service will take place at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN, with burial to follow on Thursday at Bowery Cemetery in Memphis, IN.  Visitation will be held from 10 AM to 6 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Janice loved being a great grandmother. She was always looking for a good find at resale shops. Janice is also known as the Black Jack Queen. Janice especially loved feeding the ducks, and baby chicks around her home.

Janice is preceded in death by her parents, James Thurman White and Bertha White, brother James White; son-in-law, Robert Carte; brother-in-law, Dennie Kidwell.

She is survived by her loving husband, Harold Lang; daughters, Anita Carte, and Melissa Gilliam (Dell Walton); grandchildren, Robin Carte, Robert Carte Jr., Bobby Shepard Jr., Joseph Shepard, Roger Colglazier,and Mark Colglazier; great grandchildren, Christyn Luallen, Emily Carte, Hailey Carte, Carly Carte, Morgan Shepard, and Joseph Shepard (Little Baby); siblings, Charles White, Janie Kidwell and Deborah Beard (Robert); and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
