Funeral services for Jean Lee Snead, 57, of Charlestown, Indiana, will be held at 10 AM on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Pkwy in Jeffersonville, with burial to follow in Hibernia Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4-8 PM and after 9 AM on Thursday at the funeral home. She passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
Jean was born on March 25, 1962 in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and she was a member of New Chapel United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rick Snead; and her parents, Charles and Juanita Ellingsworth Schlosser.
She is survived by her sister, Patricia Vogt (Derrick); two nieces, Ashley Pace (Scott); Danielle Hopwood (Kris); four great nieces and nephews, Brinley, Elliott, Tinslee, and Whitlee; two step-children, Matt Snead (April); Rikki Jo Wortham; and three grandchildren, Alec, Derrick, and Logan.
