John M. Schlosser Sr.

John M. Schlosser Sr., 74, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on January 20, 2022. There will be a visitation held at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, Indiana on Thursday, January 27, 2022, from 5:00PM – 8:00PM as well as on Friday, January 28, 2022 from 10:00AM – 11:00AM with service to follow beginning at 11:00AM. Burial will take place at New Chapel Cemetery.

Johnny Mike was born in Jeffersonville, Indiana on February 11, 1947 to John Schlosser and Anne Fox Konkle and was raised alongside 3 siblings. He went on to marry the love of his life on November 25, 1988, Pat Schlosser. He farmed for his two uncles, John & Clark Dellinger, and was an over the road truck driver for almost 48 years. He had over 4 million miles driven, numerous safe driving recognitions, and was driver of the month many times. He loved attending tractor pulls, spending time with family, and enjoying westerns and country music. He was a lifelong member of New Chapel United Methodist Church.

Johnny Mike is preceded in death by his parents; his son, Richard Schlosser; and his sister, Judy Grimes. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife, Pat Schlosser; his children, John (Barbie) Schlosser, Timothy Schlosser, Andrew (Denise) Schlosser, & Wendy Byers; his siblings, Joan Siewert & Janet Bailey Gordon; his grandchildren, Emily, Dalton, & Aleah; his great grandchildren, Eli & Earl, as well nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends who will all miss him very much.
