John "Frank" Shuck

John “Frank” Shuck, 86, of Lenoir City, TN, formerly of Charlestown, IN, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, March 31, 2025.

Frank was born on January 24, 1939 in Corydon, IN to Huber Ellis Shuck and Bonnie Thompson Shuck. He graduated from Charlestown High school in 1957 and lived locally for most of his life before relocating to Tennessee.

Frank was a retired pipefitter from UA Local 502 Plumbers and Pipefitters Union. He was a dual member of the Mason Falls Lodge in Clarksville, IN, and the Avery Lodge in Lenoir City, TN, earning the Sublime Degree of Master Mason. Recently, he received his pin honoring fifty years of faithful service to the Ancient and Honorable Fraternity of Free and Accepted Masons.

Survived by his wife, Anita Disponett Shuck, daughter, Renee Shuck Crawford (Richard), 5 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren, as well as 4 step-children and their families.

In addition to his parents, Frank is preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Phyllis Hubbard Shuck, his sons Randall and Eric, and his siblings Thomas Shuck, Anna Mae Flora, Joyce Ballard, June Marie Vogt, and Faye Linn Thomas.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2025 from 4-8pm at Scott Funeral Home in Jeffersonville, IN. Funeral service will begin at 10:30am on Friday, with entombment following at Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
