Levi Dagan Creedon, 29, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on May 25, 2021 after an arduous struggle with addiction. Cremation was chosen and Scott Funeral Home has been entrusted with his care.
Levi was born the oldest of twin boys in Evansville, Indiana, on December 4, 1991. He was the son of Jerri Lynn Harlen and Chad Aaron Creedon. His memory lives on with his parents; four brothers, twin brother Logan Creedon, Corbin Creedon, Casey Harlen, Nathanial Holzmeyer; nephew, aunts, uncles, grandparents, further family and friends.
A graduate of New Albany Senior High School in 2010, Levi aspired to become a social worker – he drew from his life experiences as a guide and was motivated to help others. His natural charisma and altruistic worldview would have made this an excellent career path for him. Some of his proudest moments centered around leading group discussion and development while pursuing sobriety for himself and others. His family is so proud of everything that he achieved in life. We will strive to embody his strength and values in everything that we do.
A memorial visitation is scheduled for Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 12-2 PM at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Pkwy in Jeffersonville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in memory of Levi, be made to the Oxford House, Indiana Chapter 4, 2424 Abbeywood Court, Clarksville, IN 47129. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
