Obituary
Linda Archer, 73, of Louisville, KY, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023. Linda was born in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Frank and Wanda Kelley on October 31, 1949.
Along with her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Don Archer; and her brother, Frank.
Linda pursued many occupations, yet her favorite of all was working for Gene Hornback and Norton Healthcare as his executive secretary. Don and Linda formed Lindon Engineering Services, Inc., as well.
She is survived by her son, Bryan Schoenbachler (Jill); three wonderful grandchildren, Cameron (Lexi), Madison (Brody), and Bailey.
Linda and her husband enjoyed extensive national and international travel for years, many with grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 21, 2023 from 5 to 7 PM at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Pkwy in Jeffersonville, with cremation to follow and entombment at a later date in Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association or St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
