Linda Evelyn (Wray) Flowers

Linda Evelyn Flowers, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Riverbend Senior Living Center in Jeffersonville.  Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Monday, October 4, 2021 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Pkwy in Jeffersonville, with entombment to follow in Walnut Ridge Mausoleum.  Visitation will be held prior to the service on Monday from 10-1 PM at the funeral home. 

Linda was born on May 11, 1946 in Burkesville, Kentucky, to the late John and Clara Wray and she was retired from General Electric in Louisville.  Linda enjoyed camping, tending to her garden, and watching the cardinals at her house but most of all she loved spending time with her beloved grandchildren.  She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Christopher Flowers, Timothy Flowers; and her loving husband, Lonnie Wheeler.

Linda is survived by three grandchildren, Kimberly VanGilder (Brandon), Ashley Ewald (Bryan), Hunter Flowers; daughter-in-law, Heidi Flowers; and five great grandchildren, Elyse, Kamm, Ava, Xavier, and Beau.
