Lisa Marie Traver

Lisa Marie Traver (neé Pieratt) of New Albany, Indiana, age 57, passed away on August 5, 2024 in Lexington, KY.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held from 5 PM to 8 PM on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN, 47130, with cremation to follow.

Lisa was born on March 12, 1967 in Jeffersonville, IN to Karen Pieratt (neé Sorg) and Bobby Pieratt.  She was an involved grandmother (Nina), an artist, and a retired teacher. She found immense joy in raising her children, grandchildren, and community, and she fostered a love of animals, music, and the sea.

Lisa is survived by her children, Jeremy Pieratt, Ashleigh Davis (neé Dyke), Angel Dyke Polivka, and Alex Dyke; siblings, Lynn Hardesty (neé Pieratt), Rick Hardesty, and Louie Pieratt; former spouse and lifelong friend, Richard Dyke; grown step-children, Tiffany Clifton, Tyler Traver, and Tayler Traver, from her marriage with Scott Traver (d. 2018); Grandchildren, Brianna Poff, Jordan Clifton, Jacob Pieratt, Jaden Clifton, Brentlee Gassoway, Olivia Traver, Lilly Pieratt, Liam Pieratt, Julian Polivka, Karter Traver, Rylee Hatfield and Haven Hatfield; and loving aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
