Matthew Steven Applegate

Matthew Steven Applegate, 38, passed away at his home in Clarksville Indiana on December 8, 2025.

Matthew was a beloved Brother, Son, Grandson, Uncle, Cousin, and Nephew and was also the live-in caregiver of his Grandmother Frances Applegate.

Surviving family members include a Sister - Deanna (Freddy) Caserta Tate, Brother - Jerry (Cristina) Applegate, Sister - Sherry (Jim) May, Aunt - Cheryl McDowell, Aunt - Kathleen (Gary) Cravens, Uncle - Randy (aka Scrappy) Davis, Aunt - Lisa P. Davis, Grandmother - Frances L. Applegate. And many cousins, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his Mother - Lisa Jo Davis and his Father - Steven J. Applegate.

A celebration of life will be held at The Market Street Inn, 330 West Market Street, Jeffersonville Indiana on January 10th, 2026, 1:00PM -4PM.
