Matthew Jones Obituary

Matthew Anthony Jones, 47 of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021 at Clark Memorial Hospital. Cremation was chosen and Scott Funeral Home has been entrusted with his care. A Celebration of Matthew’s life will be held on his birthday.

Matthew was born on September 6, 1973 in Louisville, Kentucky. He loved to spend time outside, eating delicious food and he loved being in the water.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Antonio Palazzo and August and Shirley Jones.

He is survived by his loving parents, Lisa and Christopher Jones; two brothers, Christopher Jones (Tiffany); Randy Jones (Samantha); grandmother, Shirley Palazzo; and multiple nieces and nephews, Elliott Jones, Rachel Jones, Bobby Jones, Laney Thompson, Hadley Thompson and Gavin Thompson.
