Nikolas Allen Cook

Nikolas Allen Cook, 39, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022, in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born on July 23, 1983, in Jeffersonville, Indiana to Bruce Cook and the late Stacy Slone. Nick had a passion he shared with his father for Drag Racing. He was a talented auto body mechanic and loved to work on the cars he raced.  His other hobbies included photography and playing golf.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his mother, Stacy Slone, Nick is preceded in death by his grandfather, Walter Cook; grandmother, Suanne Drury; and an aunt, Gayla Cook Kochert.

Left to cherish his memory, Nick leaves behind his father, Bruce Cook; Aunt, Nancy Cook Baker; and extended family and friends.

A memorial service for Mr. Nikolas Allen Cook will be held at 10 AM on Friday, September 23, 2022, at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, Indiana. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2022, from 2 PM to 8 PM, and prior to the service starting at 9:30 AM, at the funeral home. Burial at Walnut Ridge Cemetery will follow the service.
