Pamela Sue (Russell) Ballard "Pam"

Pamela Sue Ballard, 63, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on Friday, July 31, 2020. Scott Funeral Home has been entrusted with her care, and private services will be held.  

Pam was born on August 2, 1956 in Terre Haute, IN to the late James H. and Mary L. Russell. Throughout her life, she devoted her time to serving the Lord. Pam was an active member of St. Stephen Baptist Church where she served as president of the usher board.

Pam also loved gardening and shopping in her free time.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, James H. Russell, Jr; sister, Glendora R. Russell; and brother-in-law, Charles Conley.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Dell E. Ballard; daughter, Ashley N. Rose; grandchildren, Alaynna, Aaliyah, Alaysha; and siblings Esther Turner, Gloria Dow (Johnny), Marilyn Cheeks (Ronald), Larry Russell (Vicky), Phyllis May (Donald), Sondra Conley, and Michael Russell (Joy); sister-in-law, Mary Russell; and a host of extended family members and friends.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
