Patricia Louise Logsdon

Patricia Louise Logsdon, 86passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024. Born in Terre Haute, Indiana, Patty was the beloved daughter of the late Carmen and Betty Felthoff Conrad.

Patty was a woman of boundless enthusiasm and compassion, dedicating her life to serving others. Her vibrant spirit was ever-present in her role as President of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 1832, where she led with grace and dedication. Patty's generosity extended to the VA Hospital, where she found great joy in delivering packages and spreading cheer to patients. Her kind heart and unwavering commitment to service left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Above all, Patty treasured her time with her family. She embraced every opportunity to travel, both within the United States and abroad, creating cherished memories with her loved ones. Whether camping under the stars, casting a line while fishing, enjoying a meal together, or reveling in the festive atmosphere of a community celebration, Patty's greatest joy came from sharing these experiences with her family.

Patty's legacy of love, kindness, and service will live on in the hearts of those she touched. She is survived by her devoted family and a wide circle of friends who will forever remember her warmth, generosity, and unwavering spirit.

Patty is preceded in death by her husband, Harold C. Logsdon.

Survivors include her children, Steve O’Brien (Barbara), Dennis O’Brien, Mike O’Brien (Rose), and Tim O’Brien (Shelly); step-son, Harold Logsdon; siblings, Joann Milliner, Becky Conrad, and Sam Conrad (MaryAnn); 12 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and a beloved great-great grandchild.

Visitation will be held 1-7 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway – Jeffersonville. Funeral services in honor of her life will be celebrated 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at Scott Funeral Home, with entombment to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
