Patricia Joan Richardson Woehrle

Patricia Joan Richardson Woehrle, 86, of Jeffersonville, IN, passed away on December 30, 2020, with family by her side.

Patty was a longtime member of Howard Park Christian Church in Clarksville, IN and a member of the Eastern Star.  She loved spending her time with family, supporting her beloved grandkids in their activities, being involved with church activities, playing cards with friends and family, watching Jeff High and Indiana Basketball, and sitting in her chair with her dog, Zoe.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Robert Bruce Woehrle; parents, George Hubert and Laura Ilene Richardson; brother, Hubert Leon Richardson; and cousins, Melvin Richardson and Luella “Louise” Franklin.

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Woehrle Dixon (Brian); son, Robert B. Woehrle Jr.; three grandchildren, Layne Luckert (Casey), Tyler Dixon (Erika), Abby Rice (Patrick); and cousins, Mary Ann Huffmon and Agnes M. Morris.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the family wishes for the visitation and funeral service to be limited to only Patty’s closest friends and family for the safety of everyone. Thoughts and prayers are just as appreciated from afar if you are uncomfortable with attending. Visitation and the funeral service will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021, at Scott Funeral Home, Jeffersonville, IN, with a private family burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery.

Expressions of sympathy can be made to Howard Park Christian Church, Southern Indiana Animal Rescue, or Kindred Hospice.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
