Penny L. Seiderman

Penny L. Seiderman, age 61, passed away Friday, December 27, 2024. She was born January 24, 1963 in Jeffersonville, IN to the late Warren and Patricia May.

Penny is survived by her beloved husband of 38 years, Steven H. Seiderman; two sons, Robert W. Seiderman, and Wesley D. Seiderman; her brother, Greg May (Cherie); niece, Andrea Bierman and nephew Matt May; cousin, Judy Forsee Meredith; her sister-in-law, Stacey Payton, and other numerous loved ones and friends.

Penny was a teacher at Wilson Elementary for the past 30 Years. She believed education was a fundamental right and that it was the great equalizer for a better society. She touched the hearts of countless children through every subject taught at the grade school level. She was an avid and experienced traveler with her beloved husband Steven and countless family members over the years. She was a World Traveler, Cruise goer, and loved to experience it with family and friends. She loved her family very much, knowing that it is a great support network and that they will take care of each other no matter what. She was a big fan of a good pool party with family, game nights with her friends, and Christmas breakfast with her loving husband and beloved sons every year.

Visitation will be at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, on Thursday, January 2 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm with her funeral service at 1:00 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
