Rebekah Anne Kinnett

Rebekah Ann Faulkner Kinnett, 77, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2025 in Jeffersonville Indiana.  She was born in Glasgow, Kentucky on August 7, 1948, to the late Roy Gilbert and Marcus Jo Munday Faulkner.

She had a passion for children and after many years of being a loving homemaker, she worked in many schools in the Greater Clark County school system as a Para Educator until her retirement in 2014.  She was a loving mom, granny, and devoted friend and neighbor.  She enjoyed traveling to the beach, visiting the Smoky Mountains, sewing, spending time working in her yard, and playing with her two cats, Pete and Smoky.

In addition to her parents, Becky is preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband of 51 years, Jim Kinnett; her sister, Emily Campbell; her sister-in-law, Sharon Faulkner; and her brother-in-law, James Campbell.

Left to cherish her memory, Becky leaves behind her daughter, Jennifer Anderson (Ty); her son, Dave Kinnett (Fiancé Natalie); her brothers, Roy and Mark Faulkner (Rich); her grandchildren, Lane, Cael and Caton Anderson.  Along with a host of extended family, close friends and loving neighbors.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 10:00am until 1:00pm at Scott Funeral Home 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130. Celebration of life will be held at 1:00pm at the funeral home.

The family of Mrs. Kinnett would like to give a special thank you to the staff at Norton Clark Hospital, Amedisys Hospice Home Health Care, and Hillcrest Village for their extraordinary care of Becky. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Choices for Women, 2656 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana 47150, in her honor.
