Richard McElhinny-Foltz, 57, of Jeffersonville, IN, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2014, at Clark Memorial Hospital. Cremation was chosen and Scott Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Richard was born on September 30, 1956 in Meadville, PA, and was retired from ACL in Jeffersonville.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Edna Foltz, and a brother, Jeff Foltz.
Richard is survived by his loving husband, Philip McElhinny-Foltz; his father, Gerald Foltz; two brothers, Trevor Foltz and Michael Foltz; and his faithful companion, Cheswick.
