Robert Mitchell Gregory

In loving memory of Robert Mitchell Gregory, born April 7, 1951, who peacefully journeyed to his heavenly home on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love for his family.

Robert is survived by his dear wife of 52 years, Patsy; his beloved daughter, Charity Leigh; his cherished grandchildren, Bryce Mitchell Vernon; and Eden Leigh Vernon; his mother, Lois; his sisters Carol and Tammy; and his brothers Dennis, Jeff, Dave, and Gary.

A member of Graceland Baptist Church, Robert will be remembered for his kindness, humility, gentleness, and sincere faith.

For over three decades, Robert dedicated himself to Dixie Warehouse Services, where he served as a part-owner and General Manager. He oversaw the Ford Motor account in Louisville, Kentucky, and the DuPont Dow account in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. His commitment to leadership, excellence and integrity earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients alike.

Though Robert's earthly journey has come to an end, he will continue to live in our hearts.

Memorial services at Holy Trinity Christian Church, 1741 East 8th Street – Jeffersonville, will be celebrated 2 p.m. Saturday, May 18, 2024. A time for family and friends to gather will be held prior to the memorial service 1 – 2 p.m. Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Home of the Innocents. Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway has been entrusted with arrangements.
