He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on July 10, 1968, to Jo Ann Aubrey and the late Delmus Aubrey. Rusty was a remarkable man whose memory will forever be cherished. He was a devoted husband, a loving dad, a cherished son, a cherished brother, and a steadfast friend. His love knew no bounds. Rusty had a heart that overflowed with affection not only for his family and friends but also for his four-legged companions. He brought joy to countless family gatherings, making every meal an unforgettable experience. His love for the outdoors was evident as he spent serene moments listening to music while the birds sang their melodies. Driving around in his pickup truck, with a Diet Mountain Dew Polar Pop in hand, Rusty embraced life's simple pleasures. He cheered passionately for the IU Hoosiers and had an eclectic taste in music, from John Denver to James Taylor and The Eagles. Rusty will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
