Sharon "Sherry" L. (Kempf) Osborne

A funeral mass for Sharon “Sherry” L. Osborne, 73, of Jeffersonville, IN, will be held at 11 AM on Friday, April 23, 2021 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 315 E. Chestnut Street, Jeffersonville, IN, with burial to follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2-8 PM at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Pkwy in Jeffersonville and on Friday from 10-11 AM at the church.  She passed away on April 18, 2021 at Baptist Health Floyd. 

Sherry was born on November 14, 1947 in Louisville, KY, to the late Alvin and Mellanie Kempf.  She worked as a nurse for many years but she loved spending time with her loving family and friends more than anything.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Trent Osborne; and her sister, Robin Stewart.

She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Jon “Tim” Osborne; two children, Jason T. Osborne (Tina); Holly Terry (J.T.); two siblings, Donna Cull (Tom), Mike Kempf (Colleen); and nine grandchildren, Laiken Osborne Schultz, Zoe Langness, Lazlo Langness, Tim Osborne, Matthew Osborne, Maia Osborne, Evan Osborne, Maddie Schultz, and Sam Schultz.   

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
