Stacy Alan Slaughter

Stacy Alan Slaughter, 47, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021 at Clark Memorial Hospital.  Scott Funeral Home in Jeffersonville has been entrusted with his care.  Private services will be held at a later date.

Stacy was born on August 09, 1974 in Evansville, Indiana, and spent his early life there.  In time He and his family would move to Jeffersonville Indiana were he would meet his wife, Jessica Meeks. They would marry and have one daughter, Mariah Renee Slaughter. Stacy is survived by his loving wife and daughter Jessica and Mariah Slaughter, along with his Mother, Brenda Bazzell and his father Crandell Slaughter. His In-laws, Steve and Victoria Meeks, his siblings, Dell Slaughter, Marcus Slaughter, Burgandy Nichols, James Slaughter, Ildico Chukwueneka, Grandmother, Gilda Slaughter along with many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and many close friends. Stacy will truly be missed by all who knew him.

It is not possible to put into such a small paragraph or even words for that matter, His life.  Stacy was a mentor who always looked for opportunities to help others. His drive was contagious, and he wanted everyone to win. In addition to his successful nursing career, Stacy strived to provide affordable housing to many through his real estate business he shared with his wife. He always looked to give people a fair chance and wanted everyone to be successful. Stacy will truly be missed but not forgotten!
