Terry Lee Hogan, age 64, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.
Terry was the very definition of a man’s man. He found his greatest joy in the outdoors, whether hunting, fishing, or simply soaking in the quiet beauty of nature. A true gentleman, Terry’s strength was matched only by his devotion to his family. He was happiest when surrounded by the people he loved, and he lived his life with unwavering commitment to them.
An enthusiast of classic cars, Terry especially loved his Challengers and Chargers, taking great pride in both their power and craftsmanship. His life took a beautiful turn on October 18, 2014, when he met the love of his life, Kimberly, at a concert. Their bond was instant and enduring, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Terry also served his country faithfully in the United States Army, a chapter of his life that instilled in him a deep sense of honor and duty. He loved moments spent watching America’s Pastime and cheering on his Cincinnati Reds.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Kimberly Keller Hogan; his children, Kyle Hogan (Jessica) and Kayla Hogan; step-children, Jonathan Lewis and Rachel Lewis (Patrick); siblings, Cathy Hogan-Smith (Jay), Sandra Hogan-Leone, and Robert Hogan (Tina); along with many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his beloved canine companions, Denali and Quinn, who were a constant source of joy.
A memorial visitation will be held 3-6 p.m. Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, with memorial services celebrated at 6:00 p.m.
