Timothy Beyl, age 67 of Jeffersonville, passed away on Monday, February 2, 2026. A lifelong resident of “Jeff,” Timothy was proud to call Clark County home. He was a graduate of Jeffersonville High School and carried that hometown pride with him throughout his life.
Timothy had a true collector’s heart. Whether it was antiques, Zippo lighters, beer steins, or other treasured finds, he loved the thrill of the hunt and could often be found strolling flea markets, patiently searching for that perfect deal. Those who knew him well knew his greatest joy was the simple kind—quiet time at home, a sense of peace, and a cold Miller beer in hand.
Above all, Timothy valued friendship. He is survived by many dear friends who will miss him greatly, including his longtime friend Janet Lewis of Sellersburg. His calm presence, easygoing nature, and gentle spirit will be fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Timothy proudly served his country as a United States Army Veteran, honoring his duty with courage and dedication. In recognition of his service, he will be privately entombed at the VA National Cemetery in Madison, Indiana on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
Though he lived a quiet life, Timothy leaves behind a lasting impression—one of loyalty, simplicity, and appreciation for life’s small but meaningful moments. He will be deeply missed and always remembered.
