Todd Reid Bell, 52, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away during the evening hours of June 16. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on November 11, 1973, to mother, Connie (Barnett) Wilkins. Todd worked in the HVAC field for almost 26 years.
Todd will be remembered for his infectious laughter, kind spirit, and the joy he found in life's simple pleasures. He was a devoted fan of the University of Kentucky Wildcats, cheering on UK basketball and football with unwavering enthusiasm. Todd had a deep appreciation for classic rock music and could often be found enjoying his favorite songs. He loved classic cars, collecting comic books and baseball cards, and sharing stories about the treasures he found along the way. More than anything, Todd enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and his sense of humor and easy laugh brought happiness to everyone around him. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Todd is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ruby and Dudley Barnett. Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Connie (Barnett) Wilkins; stepfather, Mark Wilkins; son, Eric Bell; aunts, Phyllis Barnett, Margaret Shain (Jimmy); cousins, Bryan Shain and Keri Shain.
The family wishes to extend their deepest appreciation to the Jeffersonville Trustee’s Office, who helped out with cremation, during a difficult time.
