Tyler Glenn Black Obituary
Tyler Glenn Black, age 31, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 1, 2024. Tyler was born in Jeffersonville, IN on January 8, 1993 to Jeff and Jennifer Black.
In addition to his parents, Tyler is survived by his daughter, Evangeline “Evie”, his sisters, Megan (Andres) Amaya and Marissa (Langston) Black, grandparents, Priscilla (Rick) Wayman, Nikki King, and his beloved, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Tyler is preceded in death by his grandparents, Wayne King, Glenn and Barbara Black, great-grandparents, Lucille Watson, Virginia and Bill King, uncle, Louie Pena and great-aunt, Mary Watson.
Tyler was a devoted and loving father to Evie. He enjoyed taking her to the park, walks and just hanging out watching her play. He loved music, playing guitar, skateboarding, and video games. He enjoyed being with his family and loved cooking and sharing new recipes.
Visitation will be at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville on Wednesday, August 7 from 2:00 to 8:00 pm and again on Thursday morning from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with the funeral service at 12:00. Burial will follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
