Vincent Velasquez

Vincent Velasquez, 71, of Memphis, IN, passed away on August 20, 2020. 

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, 25, 2020 at Christ Gospel Church of Jeffersonville, with burial followed at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany. 

Vincent worked for Eli Lilly in Indianapolis for 35 years and Cummins Diesel in Seymour for 10 years.  He was a proud Veteran of the United States Army and a faithful member of Christ Gospel Churches International for 47 years.  Vincent was a dedicated husband and spent his time working the family farm and caring for their llamas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eulogio Velasquez and Angelina Sanchez; and grandson, Adam Seth Conway.

He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Inga Velasquez; daughter, Suzanne Conway (Allen); son, Vincent Velasquez Jr.; brother, Pat Sanchez; sister, Delores Rodriguez; grandchildren, Clay Conway (Brenda), Courtney Szatkowski (Michael), Cameron Conway (Lillian Rose); great-grandchildren, Camille and Noelle Szatkowski; and niece and nephew, Yvette Sanchez and Carlos Sanchez.
