A funeral service for William B. Bissig “Bill”, 75, of Shepherdsville, KY will be at 1 PM on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Parkway, Jeffersonville, IN with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery in Louisville. Visitation for Bill will be from 11 AM – 1 PM at the funeral home.

Bill passed away on Friday, June 19, 2020 surrounded by his loving family.

Bill was born on September 15, 1944 to the late Frederick and Bernadine Bissig. Throughout his life, he enjoyed camping and traveling, and Bill was known to be able to fix just about anything. This led him to his job as a maintenance manager at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Along with his parents Bill is preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey Bissig.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Patricia Martin; daughter, Stacey Bissig; step-daughter, Becky Elkins (Mark); step-son, David Martin (Stephanie); siblings, George Bissig (Beverly), Tommy Bissig (Diana), and Mary Alice Fortner (Ed); three grandchildren, Crystal Bissig, Ronnie Bissig, and D.J. Bissig; and numerous nieces and nephews.
