Funeral Director Position
We are seeking a licensed funeral director with a desire to work closely with families, including but not limited to arrangements, directing funerals, and increasing family satisfaction.
We offer excellent hourly compensation in the 50k-75k range, paid overtime, 401k match, health insurance, and paid vacation. You must be a licensed funeral director, intern, or mortuary school graduate to apply. Experience will be compensated, but passion and expertise are key.
Care Team Position
Care team members will be working with deceased individuals and must be comfortable handling, moving, lifting, washing, and preparing the deceased for funerals. In addition, this position requires driving to pick up deceased at hospitals, homes, hospices, and other locations, so you must live within 30 minutes of our funeral home, along with cleaning, working visitations, and supporting other staff.
Our Care Team Members are the first point of contact for most of our families. We must put our best foot forward, so being able to comfort families, asking important questions, being able to work with the deceased, and prioritizing responsibilities to complete each task timely is a must.
We offer excellent hourly compensation in the 28k-40k range, paid overtime, 401k match, health insurance, and paid vacation. If you are looking to begin a career in mortuary science, this is a great place to start!
If you are interested in becoming a part of the team and have a passion for helping others, please email Kelsey@scottfuneralhome.com your resume or contact Kelsey directly at (812) 283-8161.
